An exceptional and authentic experience
8 a.m. / 5 p.m.
Morning:
Departure 8 hours from your hotel in Luang Prabang with a guide from the "Khmu" ethnic group, direction a village in the mountains
After 1 hour of driving you will start the access track to the village, there will be several breaks to teach you about various edible or medicinal plants, or even fruit trees.
1 hour and a half later you arrive at the village, your guide introduces you to your hosts, and you participate in a "cooking class" to make a typically Khmu starter.
This will be followed by the meal presented and served in the typical “Khmu” style (all made and woven using bamboo.
Afternoon:
A round trip by canoe to visit the Cave of the 1000 Buddha of Pak-Ou
Head to the Elephant Sanctuary via the slopes, discover these magnificent animals in the wild
All along the circuit, you will take short breaks to discover pineapple and banana plantations and learn about traditional edible or medicinal plants.
